If you enjoy drinking beer and are an advocate for Breast Cancer awareness, I have fantastic news for you. My friend Autumn is putting on an awesome fundraiser to benefit those who are subject to this awful disease. The event is called Beer for Boobs and everyone over the age of 21 in the Salt Lake City area is invited to attend.
Beer for Boobs takes place at Club Vegas, on October 25th at 8 pm. It is $8 at the door, and all ticket sales go towards Breast Cancer research and awareness. Don’t worry, music will be provided by four amazing local bands playing tunes your beer-ingesting-body can and will sway to. You can even buy t-shirts to showcase this legendary event!
I can say, sadly, with certainty that we all know someone who has been affected by Breast Cancer. This disease is claiming women at younger and younger ages. Please, ladies, protect yourself and those you love and make sure you are keeping up with regular exams.
