If there is one thing that has always been consistent since my birth is that the STONES kick ass, plain & simple. Yes, there was that weird phase when they wanted to be a little "too funky" in '76, but back then I was 3 years old and easily distracted by peanut butter and got over it.
In celebration of the release of their concert film "Shine A Light", the Stones have donated a brand new Gibson Thunderbird V guitar which is autographed by Mick, Ronnie, Charlie & Keif. I'm going to go "out on a limb" and say that it will probably be out of my price range. The proceeds benefit the Robin Hood Foundation, which tackles poverty in New York City. Every little helps, thanks guys!

I couldn't agree more, aside from not only being rock and roll icons they are also continuing to show that once you get up there in age you don't have to sit by and let life pass on by.

I can't wait to see the movie. I've heard it's excellent (how could it not be?) and hope to see it on the IMAX screen. Roman, I think you should use your life savings and buy that guitar.

I'm already using my life savings to go see Oasis in August, remember? ;-)

You're gonna kick me for this, but I hate the Stones. I'm blaming my age ;) But yeah, every time I hear "can't get no satisfaction" I think "Mick, it's cuz you can't sing and you're fugly" :P
