I'm a resident of Salt Lake City. I try to be very conscious of living the example I want to see in others, taking the strides to make changes in the world as best I can. I stand for public and social awareness, political activism, and passionately fighting for causes I believe in.
I'm one of those crazy liberals who really tries to get the people in my life to be politically aware, educated, and active. I try to be as environmentally conscious as possible - I drive a hybrid, own energy efficient appliances (including my beloved front loading washer), and the only non-compact florescent lightbulbs in my house are on dimmers.
I hope to see a lot of positive "green" impact from what happens on here. Even if just one person changes their habits based on what they read, a lot can be improved.

You're gonna kick me for this, but I hate the Stones. I'm blaming my age ;) But yeah, every time I hear "can't get no satisfaction" I think "Mick, it's cuz you can't sing and you're fugly" :P

My worst is probably that I LOVE taking baths. I don't even substitute them for showers, I just take them because I love them. I know it's horrible for the environtment and I shouldn't do it, but I can't break myself of the habit.
